The RAIN meditation is a 4-step practice of mindfulness and compassion that can loosen the grip of limiting beliefs and painful emotions.
In this RAIN Partner training you will learn all the basics that make practicing with a partner a safe, healing and gratifying experience. You will be introduced to a simple RAIN protocol that you’ll practice with others, and there will be time for questions and response.
