CANCELLED: Bridging the Divides: Working with Anger & Blame in Relationships (Half-Day Workshop)

This event has passed.

Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. – Rumi

Rumi invites us to find the barriers we’ve erected against love, and a universal one is blame. This workshop is an invitation to relax the barriers that create separations with dear ones and others who are regularly in our lives. We will take a look at how we have locked into anger and blame, and explore the practices that foster understanding and compassion.

Our time together will include guided reflections, journaling, small group sharing, and time for Q&A with Tara. This event will fill up quickly. Here’s where you can reserve your spot!
